BIKE: 9/463/148 miles.

TOTAL: 24/971/191.34 miles
SUMMARY
Huge week, took advantage of the couple of extra holiday's and put some extra effort into training. 2009 bests: total workouts, minutes and miles. Highlight: Great Friday PM workout, Trail run. Next week: Minutes will fall back, aiming for continued consistency in the overall.
