BIKE: 50/16 miles, stationary spin.
RUN: 50/5+ miles, treadmill, zoom then mental slog, then picked up to music to finish strong.
Yes, the rough is only mental, so said the GREAT Norman Vincent Peale, he of The Power Of Positive Thinking. What once seemed hard or impossible is now routine. Yes you can overcome virtually any obstacle. Mentally we hold things dear to ourselves, we tell ourselves stories and live them out. Why not tell yourself positive and uplifting stories and dream big, aspire to greatness. Think it, act it, live it, become it. Next step: Positive Action.
