For the Week:
SWIM: 4/50/2000 yards/1.03 miles.
BIKE: 8/416/133 miles.
RUN: 9/414/40 miles.
TOTAL: 21/880 minutes/174.03 miles.
SUMMARY: Again I am content with the numbers, all of them. Consistency and effort is evident. Bumped up the daily bike to 50 minutes during the week. Got in some PM workouts to keep the metabolism running strong. Next week, just planning to keep to the plan. WT: 175
