BIKE: 52/17+ miles, stationary spin.
RUN: 62/5+miles, road run.
Up real early, must be caught up on sleep deficit. Put in easy/medium efforts on bike/run. Got it all done, now ready for whatever this day may throw my way. All the worlds strength and power are within. Search, find and activate. Your best efforts will suffice. Enjoy it all. 2 days to Turkey.
