BIKE: 40 minutes, 13+ miles, Hard ride, stationary.
RUN: 30 minutes, 3.45 miles, (3 in 26:09) Hard run, treadmill.
WALK: 10 minutes
RUN: 10 minutes, 1 mile, easy jog, treadmill.
BIKE: 10 minutes, 3 miles, easy spin, stationary.
One of those mornings where the mind is strongly suggesting you take the day off. By the end of the first mug of coffee, the only question is when and how long, at mug 1.5, I am out the door committed to doing something, but not even I know what. You get going and just keep on going and a day off turns into a successful hard bike, hard run, and then some...
