BIKE: 94 minutes, 25 miles, road bike ride.

SWIM: 2 22 minutes 880 yards/.45 miles

RUN 8 431 minutes 40 miles

18 814 minutes 142.45 miles
SUMMARY
Banked another week, it's history. Good quality minutes, another 40 mile running week, and overall consistency. Running streak now at: 159 days. Weak on swim minutes this week, took a couple of opportunites where I could have got a swim workout in to be lazy. Next week: off
to the cabin at midweek for a week+. 4th of July in La Pine! Kim's folks over to visit from Corpus Christi area of Texas. Thats it for this week. If you workout keep to it. If you don't get started.
