SUMMARY

Another good week for overall minutes and consistency. Weak on cycling, due to schedule and practicality. No long bike rides and shorter rides on the standards. On the other hand, run records as follows for the Year To Date: Total #, Total minutes, and Total miles. Also weak on swims, due to the demanding schedule up here at the Cabin. Back to the Bay tomorrow and the routine. It has been a great week here.
