INSPIRATION WANTED
Here is one for you. Do something different or a little bit extra today, then reward yourself! Don't be so HARD on yourself. Just do a bit of something extra and then ENJOY. EXAMPLE: Today I ran an extra mile that I had not planned to do. I rewarded myself by taking an extended soak in the hot tub with a cup of coffee in hand, the morning sun was shining on me. I soaked it all in at the end of a good workout! Feeling good! Now...
go do something extra and reward yourself!
