Working Like a Horse
Today's Workout:
X75, M
BIKE: 45 minutes, 15.36 miles, stationary. Pedal Hoofing.
RUN: 60 minutes, 6.40 miles, treadmill. Thundering Herd.
Some days you have it, other days not, many days you're somewhere in between.
Good one today. Must be getting the right mix; oats, barley, hay.
Heading for the barn.
Giddy up.
PM Workout:
BIKE: 22 minutes, 7+ miles, stationary. Trot.
RUN: 18 minutes, 2+ miles, treadmill. Cantor.
SWIM: 10 minutes, 400 yards. Rounding the clubhouse turn and heading for home!
