WALK: 10/treadmill, warm up.
RUN: 52/5 miles, easy does it with the ankle slowly ramped up speed.
Hey...it's Friday, have a great SEABEE DAY. Can do.
PM WORKOUT:
BIKE: 25 minutes, 8.5 miles, stationary.
RUN: 20 minutes, 2+ miles, treadmill.
