CAN DO
Today's Workout:
X60 M BIKE 46 minutes, 15 miles, stationary. RUN: 55 minutes, 5 miles, road run. Felt good on the bike and the run this morning. Decent energy level and positive mental attitude. Good start to a Monday morning!
