Today's Workout:

WALK: 10/treadmill warmup.
RUN: 50/5 miles, treadmill, strong final mile, still bringing the ankle back slow.
BIKE: 47/15 miles, stationary, not much energy on this ride..
SWIM: 10/400 yards, poo.

Got to get going, to meetings/work today!
