OUTSTANDING MONTH. High for miles run and minutes run for the year, solid all the way. I expect to slow a bit during November, the high level is due to moderate some and rest comes sometimes when you want or expect the least, so I will try maintain consistent workouts with solid miles and minutes, but with some expectation for moderation. Bring on the Turkey!
