TODAY's WORKOUT

RUN: 82 minutes, 7+ miles, road run, early morning, quiet and calm out on the city streets and road, bright lights shining against the darkened sky. A good run, slow and easy.
SWIM: 16 minutes, pool, 640 yards. Cold water, shocking to the system and then you go with it and you warm up, it's okay, nice swim.
BIKE: 70 minutes, 22+ miles, stationary. Cruised while listening to tunes on ipod.
RUN: 10 minutes, 1+ miles, treadmill, ran 3/4 hard.
THAT's IT.
