Today's Workout:BIKE: 45 minutes, 15.45 miles, stationary. Strong.RUN: 45:37, 5 miles, treadmill, Solid.Really great workout this morning. Had super energy, went hard but not overly hard.Where did this energy come from? Maybe the coffee? Don't know but it was welcome, went with it and enjoyed a pretty powerful workout. Now onto the show...
PM: Swim, 15 minutes, 600 yards, pool...cool.
