This is one of the custom bike's that Lance Armstrong will be riding in the Giro. At the end of yesterday's stage 8 of the Giro, Lance was in 25th place, 4:39 behind the leader Danilo Dilucaof Italy. Chris Horner one of Lance's teammates on the Astana squad is just 1:17 down and Levi Leipheimer is only 51 seconds off the leader. Chris Horner is riding to support Levi as the team leader at this point, Horner is riding with a recently broken collarbone that is in the healing process, as is Lance. Horner is from Bend, Oregon, Levi from Santa Rosa, California and Lance from Austin, Texas. The three rode together just before the Giro in the Tour of the Gila in New Mexico. The Giro promises to get more exciting in the mountain stages next week.
