Today's Workout 5/7/09

X 65 & WEIGHTS

RUN
57 minutes, 5 miles. Slow and easy on trail.

BIKE
32 minutes, 10+ miles. Stationary, Alternating hard and easy.

SWIM
10 minutes, 400 yards. Wetsuit swim. It's been a good long while since I have used the wetsuit.
This will take some getting used to again!
