Today's Workout 5/1/09

BIKE
35 minutes, 11 miles, half easy, half hilly. Stationary.

RUN
47:54, 5 miles on treadmill. Best 5 mile time of the year. Tempo and hard last mile/

WALK
13 minutes, treadmill, cooldown.

Ipod on for the treadmill run. My great thanks as always to the Beach Boys. Played one of my favorite playlists of Beach Boys music that I ad put together. "Soulful Old Man Sunshine" and "Shutdown" live version, really pumped up my run. Great tunes, great run, together equals a great start to the day and oh yes...it's Friday!
