SUMMARY
Week included the Tri on Sunday. Lacks long runs and long bike rides, still a good week
part recovery from all out effort on Tri. Highlights the Tri, and speed workouts, total minutes still strong at 669 and overcoming the fatigue on Friday morning to get in a good workout.
