Today's Workout 5/9/09

X 60 & WT

BIKE
22 minutes, 6+ miles, stationary. All easy.

RUN
22 minutes, 2+ miles, treadmill. Half easy, half up tempo.

SWIM
13 minutes, 520 yards, easy.

Short, simple and easy day...tomorrow the Angels Camp Triathlon.
