Today's Workout 5/17/09



Today's Workout:

RUN

114 minutes 10 miles. 65% street/35% trail, slow and easy jog.

SWIM

20 minutes 800 yards easy swim

BIKE

Sunday Group Ride

112 minutes, 30 miles, mostly flat, some rolling hills, 16 mph averge. First half with fast group at 17 mph, second half with slower group and solo at 15 mph.
