Summary for April 2009
Solid month.  Great numbers.  Back to swimming.  Consistent workouts.  Added some speed workouts.  Noticed mile pace pickup a bit.  Pretty much ready for Tri in 9 days.   Real happy with numbers.  Area to improve: Total caloric consumption, need to cut.  Weight in 180's, still need to drop lbs.  Sleep has been much improved, getting 7 to 8 good hours per night now.
