Today's Workout 5/8/09

BIKE
35 minutes, 10+ miles, stationary. Easy ride.

RUN
30 minutes, 3+ miles, treadmill. 75% easy, 25% hard.

WALK
10 minutes, treadmill.

Angles Camp Tri: 1000/16/3 is on Sunday.
Head out Saturday morning, set up camp.
