Today's Workout 5/3/09

RUN
110 minutes, 10 miles. The long run day, headwinds and low energy coming back, sore ankle and knee, toughed it out and finished it.

BIKE
33 minutes, 10 miles. Easy enough, just tired out today. This ride substitued for the planned long ride of 30 miles on the road bike. After an exhausting long run, I couldn't find the mental energy to get out in the wind and potential rainy weather, so I opted for the safe and sane stationary bike. Hey I am supposed to be tapering for the Tri on Sunday aren't I? yeah right!

SWIM
20 minutes. 800 yards.

I am calling this one a day!
