Today's Workout 7/10/09

RUN: 67 minutes, 6 miles, easy jog on trail.
BIKE: 42 minutes, 10= miles, mountan bike, road route/loop.

EXPERIENCE RUNNING: THE RUNNING EXPERIENCE
Each run is a different experience. Even though its up every morning and out for a run, the experience varies upon your mental state of mind, your physical being and your emotions.
Sometimes you expect the best of runs and you achieve it, other times its just a slog. Mostly there is a lot of in between the extremes. Living in between the extremes, letting go of the negative things we dwell upon will help achieve a better balance and hopefully most of the time
a better running experience. Enjoy it all.
