BIKE: 40 minutes, 11+ miles, stationary, easy spin.
RUN: 35 minutes, 3+ miles, road run, easy jog.
WALK: 14 minutes, cool down.
First workout back in the Bay Area and back to work. Not a lot of energy this morning, just putting in some time on bike and run. Hope to re energize today and feel stronger tomorrow.
In the meantime, keep on keepin on. Hanging in, staying the course, moving forward, doing the best you can, .....etc. you get the idea...just one of those days. Be great.
