SUMMARY: Another 40 mile week for running, solid on the bike, having established a good loop route for around 10 miles or more, as a 40 some minute ride on the mountain bike here in La Pine. No swim training this week, will get back to it at the pool back in the Bay, next week.
Solid and consistent week. Staying the course.
