BIKE: 40 minutes, 13 miles, stationary, medium strong spin.
RUN: 45:20 minutes, 5 miles, treadmill, medium strong run.
WALK: 10 minutes, cool down.
Good energy this morning. Up at 0300. Coffee, core exercises and moved easily over to the fit center for bike and run. Solid workout. Feeling fine. And now...to work!
