Today's Workout 7/15/09

BIKE: 20 minutes, 5+ miles, stationary, real easy spin.
RUN: 18 minutes, 2 miles, treadmill, up the pace run.

Late night last night on business. Tired today, just putting in some time...one of those days.
Gotta pull myself up and get through it all.

In tough times of all sorts, one is wise to try to remember and dwell upon good times.
Mind over matter, matters.

Physical exhaustion, notwithstanding. One can at least minimize the drag we occassionally feel.

THINK, ACT, LIVE, BE POSITIVE!
