Today's Workout 7/8/09

BIKE: 30 minutes, 10+ miles, recumbent stationary at fit center.
RUN: 20 minutes, 2 miles, treadmill at fit center.
RUN: 45 minutes, 4+ miles, trail run.
BIKE: 42 minutes, 10+ miles, mountain bike, loop road route.

Pretty good day for overall minutes at: 137
