Today's Workout 7/20/09

BIKE: 40 minutes, 12.75 miles, stationary, strong spin.
RUN: 55 minutes, 5 miles, industrial road run. Low energy at start and last 1.5 miles.
SWIM: 10 minutes, 400 yards, cool down.

A real good overall workout, following yesterday. Just slogged on the last 1.5 miles of the run.
Beat, just beat. Went too strong on bike, leaving little for the run. Was able to get an easy swim in the pool just for a cool down and it was all of that. Done for the day, now it's off to work!
