Today's Workout 7/30/09

BIKE: 35 minutes, 10+ miles, stationary, easy spin.
RUN: 53 minutes, 5 miles, industrial road run, jog with striders.
SWIM: 16 minutes, 640 yards, easy swim.

Another day another workout. Feeling good, feeling strong. Ready to face the day.
