SWIM: 1 13 minutes 520 yards/.26 miles
BIKE: 6 204 minutes 61 miles
RUN: 7 312 minutes 31 miles
TOTAL: 14 529 minutes 92.26 miles
SUMMARY: Low total minutes this week, due to lack of long run and long bike rides.
Good though I think to have a semi easy week to give this old man a bit
of a rest. Did only 1 swim, which could be a lot better, just got lazy dude.
On a more postive note got some strong runs in on treadmill for power and
speed work. Looking ahead: slowly ramp up the work this week, SLOWLY.
