BIKE:     45 minutes, 13+ miles, stationary.  Moderate effort.
RUN:      30 minutes, 3+  miles, treadmill.  Medium-strong effort.
WALK:   10 minutes, cool down, treadmill.
A recovery day effort.  After the big run yesterday in Santa Cruz.  Putting in some minutes to maintain some quality.  Back to work, got to go.
