For fun and for the health of it we run, bike, swim, walk and try to remain active. Life is good and it certianly beats the other option...slow going today, but going none the less! So this very morning lacking substantive sleep, the old man awoke, got some coffee and simply began to jog right out the door, a slow and easy pace set in. 7+ miles later, I stepped on the stationary bike and pounded out a 30 minute ride, getting 10 plus miles in, I hammered in the big gear for about half the spin. Following all that...a cooldown swim of 15 minutes. Okay another day!
RUN: 82 minutes, 7+ miles, road jog.
BIKE: 30 minutes, 10+ miles, stationary, hammer on for half.
SWIM:15 minutes, 600 yards, pool-cool down.
